Ok so did that clear it up? No? Yah, didn’t think so. Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for your health, especially your digestive system. People usually think of these as germs that cause diseases. BUT your body is full of bacteria, both good and bad. Probiotics are often called “good” bacteria because they help keep your gut healthy. AKA great for your digestion.

Recently I have tried several different Probiotic products and these little shots were one one of them. The Innovia Nectar Probiotic micro-shot. It is just a sip, you push the top down to release everything together and mix up, then just drink. These are for daily use and super easy. The flavor was very mild and easy to drink. I have really felt a lot better in my gut since being more aware of Probiotics and taking them in some form. There are many options out there. It is a great way to start resetting your gut if you are trying to improve your diet or have digestion issues.
