This week I have been having so much fun doing dance workouts during my lunch break. Nothing crazy just 15 minutes but they really get you. My shoulders and calves are so sore. It also really helps boost my mood and takes me back to my younger dancing days.
A lot of people have been asking what videos I am doing. Well here is my tip/hack go to YouTube and search dance cardio workout or dance workout. I then look through the results for time and music or style of dance and pick what jumps out to me.
These are free and super fun. I have found several that I really like and tend to go back to. I also started following those specific accounts for additional workouts. Below are some of my favorites.
