After getting the home gym set up in our new place I was ready to get my sweat going. Below is my go to Treadmill workout.
5 minutes walking medium speed ( I wear ankle weights and a waste trainer to add sweat)
25-40 squats (depending on your level)
5 minutes on treadmill up your speed
15-20 lunges each leg (depending on your speed)
5 minutes on treadmill up your speed
25-40 sit ups (depending on your level)
5 minutes on treadmill up your speed
25-40 squats (depending on your level)
5 minutes on treadmill up your speed
15-20 lunges each leg (depending on your level)
5 minutes on treadmill lower your speed for cool down
25-40 sit ups (depending on your level)
This is a great way to get a good cardio and full body strength workout in. A lot of people have a hard time staying on a treadmill for long periods of time, this gives you quick on and off so your time goes by quickly and before you know it your workout is over.
