How do you treat yourself? I am a firm believer that everyone once in a while we have to focus on ourselves and do something just for you. It doesn’t have to be extravagant, although I am not against that, but even small things can just bring you back to focus and change the day.
Some of the things I love to do is, you guess it, get a coffee, make my favorite food, get organized and make to do lists (not for everyone) and just spend time with my dogs watching TV or reading a magazine.
None of these are crazy or out of the ordinary but they are for me. They make me smile, they make me feel better, they can turn my day around if it’s going badly. It is truly the little things in life that are worth it all. Focus on you.
