Trail of Ales

We went to the Cibolo Nature Center and enjoyed their event, Trail of Ales. It was a nature hike that had four stops where you tried a beer and learned about an eco system. I had a blast. It was a little hot and lots of bugs but I would do it again. In fact they have several of these events they call the series Thirst for Knowledge. I feel like every park and nature center should be doing this. It gets people out in nature and involved in the area.

Cheers to Nature

I love us

Amazing views

He got tired 🙂

These trees were so huge

I must admit I learned a lot as well. I had no idea that you had to control burn prairies or that marshes soaked up pollution. I am ready to attend my next event and continue to learn about the world and area I live in. It gives me a new respect for everything around me.

Take a little time and enjoy your life no matter what is going on. You never know what can happen.
