Tracking App

I am loving my new fitness tracking app, Endomondo. It is powered by Under Amour. It syncs with MyFitness Pal app that I use for food as well. I like the app because it will map your workout if you are outside running or walking. It also tracks the hours, distance and calories burned in a month. It is nice to see all of that put together to help keep me motivated.

There are so many different workouts you can track on here from cardio, strength, yoga and more. Below are my June results.

In June I did 31 workouts going 37.31 miles, duration of 18:41:17 and burned 7738 Kcal. The circle around the total number of work outs shows the different types I did. I am proud of my June results and ready to see what happens in July. This helps me set new goals, what should they be?
