It is a beautiful Sunday as I sit here with the laundry going and thinking about everything I need to get ready and pack for the week ahead with work travel. (I love that I get to travel) It is a complete 180 from being woken up this morning by thunder and pouring rain. I enjoyed some coffee and doggy cuddles while it poured down. Sunday mornings are just my favorite.
I want to share a few weeks ago on another gloomy Sunday morning my friend and I went to the Pearl Farmer’s Market. It is a down town area of San Antonio with some wonderful restaurants, brewery, shops and so much more. This was our first time to the Farmer’s Market, that happens every weekend, and I was so impressed. The vendors were so nice and full of information about their wonderful products.
We started out by stopping at Local Coffee Shop for some warm drinks to walk around with. (Also my first time trying Local) My coffee was delicious, and my friend said the hot chocolate was yummy. 🙂 It was a cute little industrial looking coffee shop. I will definitely be back to try more and spend more time.
There were vendors with doggy treats, pasta, honey, bread, sweet treats, veggies and so so much more. I got some great stuff and enjoyed eating all of it! The pasta was amazing and I am going to get more flavors to try. You can check in out yourself at http://www.gourmettexaspasta.com let me know what you think.
Now that I have gone to this farmer’s market I want to go to every single one near me. I found this great list in a local magazine! If you have any suggestions let me know.
