Recently I received some new workout DVDs. I have been following their calendar for workouts and have really enjoyed the workouts. They seem easy but really give you maximum burn and sweat. I am not crazy about the commentary, it can be a little annoying to me, I know she is trying to keep the flow going and give motivation. I try to remind myself that. The little phrases are just silly to me. I prefer no talking when working out lol



It’s a 90 day program you can following along with. I am not doing the full 90 day program, but I am following the work out calendar. I have other workouts that I do during the week so I do these on the other days.
I like to try new things and this has been a great boost and I don’t have to think about what workout to do. Workout videos are a great way to keep yourself accountable and easy to follow to keep going. Try some out and share with me which ones you like.
